A route passing by the Val d'Austau from the Couret d'Esquirry, highlighting both sides of the Peyragudes resort. This route makes it possible to carry out a difficult level course, with a well-distributed altitude difference over the entire route.

As on course 11, you will take a stretch that will require all your attention, especially in wet weather with the very slippery gypsum.After the run of Esquierry, you will enter the eponymous valley, a real reserve for marmots and izards, which you will cross on a real mountain trail. At the end of the valley you will start a long steep descent towards the Astau Granges. The return will be on wider paths and trails that will take you back to Peyresourde via the village of Gouaux de Larboust
